MUN in Bangkok, Thailand

By Debby Zunta Part 2:  The way to Bangkok Wednesday, November 13, 2019. I started the trip at 0.30 am. I went by train from Jember to Sidoarjo and then took Gocar to Juanda Airport. Juanda Airport is in Surabaya but nearer to Sidoarjo. About 6.30 am I arrived at the airport. My flight was at 9.50 am. I checked the departure time on the monitor and the gate hadn’t opened at that time. I saw an electronic check in counter, but when I asked the CS, she said it couldn’t work.  Disappointed! This was my first flight to a foreign country. I really got nervous with what would happen to me. I was all alone by myself. I sharpened my eyes and ears to get the right information so as not to get lost. It needed a transit in Singapore at Changi Airport. The transit lasted about 2 and three quarter hours. This was my first MUN participation. F or sure, I kn e w nothing about MUN. I came to know about this from my classmate who had become the brand ambasador. There are so many kind s of MUN. If you are   interest ed, please check it o n Youtube. My goal for this event was simple. I want ed to find out for myself about my E nglish proficiency . I d id n’t have any ambition to bec o me a delegate of any country. Yes, of course , all I want is to be a dentist. Politic is not my cup of tea. P articipants ha d many purposes joining this event.
